Three weeks into the Nutrition Challenge. We’re seeing some people with great results already, from better energy levels to change in clothes sizes to faster recovery. Start making appointments for your 1-month checkup and make sure you’re staying on top of the food logs.

I thought I’d post up a couple of sample food logs. These are both the same day, one is entered in strict quantities in the Daily Plate online log, and the other is how I would enter it on paper with rough zone block values.

Typically I try to keep carbs a bit on the low side, and substitute fat for the carb blocks I delete. I started out on 15 blocks and have been pretty happy with the progress so far.

Note that the dinner was a bit off as I think I had less beef than expected left over from the day before, and protein shake is not an optimal choice but works in a time crunch. Otherwise this is a pretty solid day’s log.
