FAQ – Exercises
CrossFit abbreviations and names.
- Tabata: Intervals of (usually 8 ) rounds of 20 seconds work 10 seconds rest.
- Reverse Tabata: Intervals of (usually 8 ) rounds of 10 seconds work 20 seconds rest.
- AMRAP: As many rounds as possible.
- m = meters
- kg, lbs = kilograms, lbs. There are ~2.2 lbs per kilo.
- C2, Erg. = Concept 2 rowing ergometer aka. rower or rowing machine.
- KTE = Knees to Elbows
- GHD = Glute Ham Developer
