FAQ – Exercises

CrossFit abbreviations and names.

  • Tabata: Intervals of (usually 8 ) rounds of 20 seconds work 10 seconds rest.
  • Reverse Tabata: Intervals of (usually 8 ) rounds of 10 seconds work 20 seconds rest.
  • AMRAP: As many rounds as possible.
  • m = meters
  • kg, lbs = kilograms, lbs. There are ~2.2 lbs per kilo.
  • C2, Erg. = Concept 2 rowing ergometer aka. rower or rowing machine.
  • KTE = Knees to Elbows
  • GHD = Glute Ham Developer
