Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

  • 3 Power cleans (135/85)
  • 6 Push-ups
  • 9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

 

Notice:

We have a date set for an intro to rowing on the water down the street at ORC. There’s no sundays open until next month, and I know most people asked for sunday. If you can do saturday the 19th though, put your name on the list at the gym.
