To get started at CrossFit Orlando, come in for a free first class. You MUST book the class you will be attending by 24 hours in advance. You may call, email, or schedule online through our web site to book this free session.
Free sessions are limited to class times that are not booked full and that have an assistant coach available to help new athletes. The coach will introduce the new member to the class, show them the standard warmup and assist in setting up and properly scaling the workout.
Please pre-register online or call to book the session, by at least 24 hours in advance. Arrive to your class at least 15 minutes early to introduce yourself and warm up before class.
