    Had a great workout today at hybrid athletics.

    Chose Endurance or Tech Work
    Tabata 50ft sprint
    Or
    Oly-lift: pwr snatch
    (I opted for the snatch).

    Then AMRAP 12 Min

    12 Box Jumps (on a tire)
    6 thrusters (115)
    4 burpee bar hops (lateral hop)

    7+18RX
    I represented CFO pretty damn well. Box jumps on tires are rough.

    Great to hear Travis is back! See you next week brother. Crush it CFO!

    I can’t wait to get back at it with TAM starting next week when Tom starts school again. You guys throwing around some energy.

    Tommy and I finished our “Summer of Load” today by doing max bench and deadlift. Tom BP 180# (50# PR); DL 300# (35# PR). Tim BP 220# (15# PR).

    Good to have Travis back in the box. C u tonight TLC.

    Tommy’s 180# rep was the longest BP I’ve ever seen. Awesome job for both of you, obviously the summer lifting program paid off! It’ll be great to scrap with you in TAM again. I’m aiming for taking a shot at Grace tomorrow if you and Matt are still up for it.
