Yesterday-Crossfit Total: 245, 175, 405. No PRs.
Today, 20:55-three times singles.
All the firebreathers were there this morning, except you, Gabe. Must have been 15 going at it. Matt, I saw you hanging on Jeff’s heels. Looked like everyone was having a good time getting after it.
Yesterday – 215, 125, 295 PR. Had a great time maxing with Paul who makes more cracking sounds in his joints than I do. Dre had to make the music louder to cover the popping sounds coming from our area.
I learned this week that all of the extra bench press and deadlift this summer has paid off for Tommy and me (especially Tommy), but I have made no progress on press and squat totals. I know what I need to do this fall.
Matt D., you need to blog your totals from yesterday. I do not remember the numbers but they were big.

I hate to miss this weekend with the addition of our new toys but as a reminder if you are around they will be moving and adding to the pull-up rig and hands are needed. I know some of you have already offered your services. More people the faster. I believe it will commence around 11am after Saturday morning classes come to an end. I’m sure Lori and Gabe will keep everyone posted.

I’m sorry to miss this one guys. It looks like a workout I can excel at. Unfortunately I tweaked my back a little in oly class last night so I’ll be through the end of the week. I’ll still be in Saturday to help with everything and will hopefully be back with all you silly peoples on Monday for workouts.
