Clean-200#. WOD-70-Rx (30, 25, 15). Nice, big class this morning for a run workout. I ended up doing the burpee pull ups on rings, which is a little different. You have to take a second to make sure you grab the rings coming out of the burpee and then try not to come off the rings too fast and send them spinning. Good times. Get at it TLC.

Side note….I need a handful of people to help us put together the new pull up rig this Saturday after class. If we have 6 or so people it should only take a couple of hours. Let me know if you can help. Right now it’s JeffS, Lori and I. Thanks guys.

Gabe, I can help out with the new pull up rig Sat. Let me know what you need and I’ll be there.

Awesome. Thanks David. We’ll be taking the rig off the wall and adding the other side to it. I don’t think we’ll need anything but your able body but I’ll confirm that and let you know.

220#PR, 94 total reps, broke down to 43, 28, 23. Like Gabe and Jeff I did ring pull ups on the burpees. BTW that was Jeff’s suggestion. At the end I was just dropping off the rings and hoping I would grab them on the way up. I short changed the pull on my cleans a bit today but thanks to my new oly lifting shoes managed to get a 10# PR.

Wish I could be here this weekend to help with the pull up rig. I’m out of town for a wedding.
